note from a cubicle farm
I was out sick last week and now I have to move out of my cozy office and into this place:
Tragic, huh? Please bear with me... new posts coming soon.
Follow-up
My stay in this refugee camp is supposedly temporary. We have a major HVAC (air/heating) project underway and several of us are homeless for the time being. I’m afraid I’m going to end up like that guy in Office Space, tucked away in the basement. Forgotten.

at least you have a cube; i have NOTHING -- well, i have a cardboard box for my mail at my new job.

Egads, man, where is that? Ground floor east?

@ Anna - NJ's got nothing on Emory!
@ Ross - yeah, Ground Floor East-- sorta in the area that JJ used to reside--they say it's for a few months, we'll see. I've been chilling in 2 West, more to my liking.

It's amazing what you get used to - I had to move from a beautiful wooden desk with a view out leaded -glass windows overlooking the lake down to the cubicle farm with fluorescent overheads, hard on the elevator, and I'm surprisingly happy now that I've gotten used to it!
