Do you know of any alternatives to LibQual? I am researching for my director, and am looking at assessment methods.

Thanks,
Jim

Jim. What type of assessment do you want to do? If you are looking at how people perceive your library then libqual is a pretty good deal-- they do most of the hard work for you. I see that your library system has my book: Z716.3 .M344 2009 read chapter 5

feel free to send me an email with more details and we can kick some ideas around.
